The journey so far!
I’ve struggled with adult acne caused by hormonal imbalance for a long time — so I know how frustrating and exhausting it can be.
But I’m finally seeing real progress with Oriflame Novage Brilliance, and I want to help others who are going through the same thing.
Hormonal acne isn’t just about what you put on your skin — it’s also about small daily habits.
Here are a few things that made a huge difference for me:
🧼 Change your pillowcase at least twice a week — bacteria and oil build up fast.
🧴 Have a separate face towel and always pat your face dry (never rub).
🚫 Never use bar soap on your face — it strips your skin’s natural barrier and makes acne worse.
And when it comes to food, try to reduce or avoid:
🍬 Sugar and refined carbs (cookies, white bread, pastries)
🥛 Dairy (especially milk and whey protein)
🍔 Greasy, fried, and highly processed foods
Your skin reflects what’s happening inside your body. Balance internally, and support externally with the right products.
