IT IS A NEW DAWN!
Dear Amiable Co-operators,

Officially, I am wishing every of our member Happy New Year! this year shall be greatly rewarding to everyone. Amen!
The good start of an event could guarantee a wonderful reward at the end if the rules of such event are adhere to righteously. I want to encourage every member of this great co-operative to take it with all seriousness and determination, starting from this very beginning so that the results would be justified in honour to a great philosopher that says and I quote 'the end justifies the means'. Great feet is achievable only when the price is paid. The price is demanding from you, this year is Focus, Seriousness and or Determination.
On this note, I want to introduce to you three(3) things that would help everyone to achieve his/her target this year, are as follows;
1. Budget: Make sure you have a written plan on your income and expenses. And by no means never go beyond your planned budget.
2. Create Multiple Source of Income: You have to add more to the source in which money flows into your wallet. Having only one income stream cannot get you there!
3. Invest: Kindly invest in yourself and profitable ventures. Investment can never be too much! Make a lesson from the 'Ants' as little as they are, they are great investors to the future. They store food during the dry season that would see them through in the raining season. Investment is securing your future in the present.
And lastly, let's be closer to God !.

Good morning my amiable co-operators, it is indeed a long journey, and in all God deserves our gratitude for making this year a successful co-operative year for us all. Alleluya!
My candid advice for everyone is that, let's look back a bit to see what were not actually done right so that in this new chapter we are about to open, the appropriate correction might be considered. Co-operatively we can not afford in this 2024 to toe the same step of 2023. Let's start this year on a new and clear note. Our rules as a corporate organization are available let's comply by them.
Our driving vision is still intact I assure you all and also on the stable of the committee members we shall never disappoint you all. Kindly give us the full support at your reach and at the end we shall be glad together.
In this year our 2024 our project IYANUOLUWA EVENT CENTER shall come live!.
