About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will drive land banking initiatives, client acquisition, and brand growth in the land investment and real estate space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new land banking opportunities and investment deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, investors, and clients
- Drive marketing campaigns to promote land and real estate products
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Represent the company at events, site visits, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in any of the following: Land Banking, Land Investment, or Real Estate Sales/Marketing
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable
