His landlord sent him and his family packing because he could not renew his house rent.

He then applied for loan from the manager of the company he was working for, but the loan was not approved.

He contacted the influential man in his community, but could not find help. He then called his relatives on the phone , but no one helped him.

He went to Facebook and posted, seeking for help, but the only thing he got was: 2likes and 0 comments.

He became frustrated and sent 120 messages to friends on his contact list, asking them for support of N100,000. Unfortunately, only 10 people responded to the message. Six out of the 10 said they had nothing to give. Only one out of 4 people gave him N20,000, but the rest kept apologizing and eventually stopped picking his calls.

The landlord locked the house!

His family were thrown out and left at the front door of the house with their belongings.

He became more frustrated!

He went everywhere in search of help but could not find one until nightfall.

As he made more effort in the dark, looking for solution, a truck ran over him and killed him instantly.

The next day, news of his death spread everywhere.

His Facebook friends made 2220 posts on his wall, mourning his death and expressing their admiration for him.

The landlord immediately ran to open the door for his family to go in to receive mourners.

The influential man who earlier refused to help him, took some food items and groceries to the family to cook for the mourners.

Preparations for his burial began later and his friends, who formed a committee raised N1,200,000 through donations to feed sympathizers that will be coming from different places.

His co-workers also raised N300,000 to collect booths, chairs and other items.

13 GOLDEN ADVICE FOR YOUR 20s

These are the advice I practiced on my 20s that greatly helped & still helps me to be where I am today. It has also helped many.

1) You are young, so it's best if you make mistakes now and learn from them. I have made several mistakes and learning from them helped me to grow. Making mistakes is the only way one grows fast. You fall many times from bicycle before you learn how to ride it. If you don't fall, you will not learn.

2) Networking will be very helpful for you in whatever career you're trying to achieve especially if you're trying to be an entrepreneur. Don't limit yourself to only your friends and family.
Charity begins at home but not profit. The stranger is with the gold. Open your doors to strangers. One day, an angel will enter.

3) Now is the time to be trying new things. I tried Microsoft editing, tried Graphic designing, tried Artistic Drawings/works & still does, tried Health/ nutritional trainings, marketing & salesmanship, tried motivational speaking, etc. I really tried before I landed in real estate and all my experiences is still paying off.

Go wide before you go deep!

4) The sooner you invest the better. Time in the market is better than timing the market. Don't wait till you have all the money before you invest. Invest with the little you have. The earlier the better.

5) Have a good mentor and Learn as much as you can. Never miss any opportunity to learn. Be more hungry to learn than to earn. Forget about "blowing now" and focus on gathering all the knowledge you can. Going after money first will not serve you right. Focus on learning on your 20s than you Focus on money.

6) Get out of your comfort zone: Comfort is an enemy to progress. Relocate to a new city if possible. This is a difficult decision but those who dared it achieve greater success. Your comfort zone can keep you average for life. Leave now.

7) Build a routine for yourself: Success is found on your daily routine. What you do from the moment you wake up in the morning till the moment you go to bed at night will determine how successful you will become. Make sure your daily activities are directed towards your growth and success. Don't waste any minute.

8) Don't let the opinions of other people allow you to give up on your goals. Instead use it to fuel your success. Sometimes listening to family and friends about your dreams can be your greatest cause of failure especially if they are poor. Don't take financial advice from a broke person.

If they're not rich themselves, they are not qualified to give you advice on money.

9) Have fun, but manage your money wisely at the same time. Buy more assets than liabilities. Most Importantly, learn to sow into God's kingdom needs. Be a cheerful giver. Whatever that will be costing you money is a liability and should be grately reduced be it friends on properties.

10) Travel, it can open your eyes to the world and help you learn things you didn't know about yourself. Place a premium on relationships, intentionally. Run from evil communication.

11) Focus on learning what you're good at. Your gift can make way for you if you look for ways to harness it.

12) Be open minded to new things. A closed mind is a close future. What you hate might be the gate. Say yes to things you don't know, then take time to learn it. Don't say no to what you don't understand. Success lies beneath things we don't know already.

13) Buy land in your 20s, in your 30s you can resell and establish yourself for life. Buy land today. Buy as much as you can. The land will be your saving grace in the future.

THE TRUTH IS THIS:
No prayer u'v ever prayed to God genuinely from ur heart is waiting for God's hearing or His answer. They were all answered, provided u prayed to the Father according to His Will & Desire in Jesus Name (1John 5:14-15; John 15:7, 24; John 14:13 etc).

But the Challenge is that when the answer comes, we don't seem to recognize it because, we approach life from the point of fear & not Faith. Which is why God says in Proverbs 3:5,6; Trust in the Lord with all ur heart, Lean not unto ur own understanding, in all ur ways acknowledge Him & He will direct ur path.

That is so inspiring. That verse says it all. On all ur ways, acknowledge Him for direction. On ur journey here on earth make the Lord ur Consultant, Director, Leader, Mentor, Ur Personal Advisor; put Him first to Lead u in everything. Pray to Him about everything b/4 u take a step. He says, surely, that He will direct ur path.

Its someone who is on a journey that needs & seeks for direction, not one who is stand-still or dormant or indecisive or confused, God can not help such a person (James 1:5-8).

Learn to take steps of Faith, trusting God. Trust is the product of Faith & Love. The Just lives by Faith, while the unjust lives by fear (2Timothy 1:7). Faith is what God has said & done, while fear is what the devil is doing inorder to scare you from venturing into ur God given opportunities (Galatians 6:9,10).

God commands or arranges good Opportunities for us here often, as an answer to our prayers & good heart desires or dreams.

He provides the opportunities through men, it's now left for u to approach them by Faith. For God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His people ( Psalms 35:27).

The mentality of Scam & scammers must die, because what u think is what u attract, what u behold is what u become.

No doubts, the devil too, manipulates opportunities through men inorder to defraud others.
"But make up ur own mind not to focus on what goes wrong that u don't recognize
what goes right."

Lunch into the realm of Faith In Christ Jesus where all things are possible to him that believes. Believe nothing else but what God has said in His Word (Christ Jesus). Whose report shall we believe? (Isaiah 8:20; Romans 10:16,17).

Let Ur Love for Him rise higher everyday, for perfect love casts away all fears (Romans 5:5; 1John 4:17, 18).
And ur Faith works through Love (Galatians 5:6

Believe that in Christ the best if for u, there is no worst nor evil in Him. If u are in Him the Best Is for U. Accommodate No fears at all.

In all ur ways acknowledge Him, for He makes all things work together for the good of those that Love Him, who are the called according to His purpose.
Cease Opportunities without fears. Practice the Faith.
