Some of you don’t have land today because you like “cheap things” too much.

One of my friends told me something that made me laugh… but also think well well 😅

He said,
“If you’re keeping land because you believe one day you will just sell it quickly and solve your problem… my sister, think again.”

I said, “Why now? Land no be asset again?” 😂

He said,
“Asset ke? Yes. But quick money? Mba!”

Omo I laughed… but he was very serious.

See ehn… many people buy land with one mindset:

👉 “If anything happens, I will just sell it.”

Nwannem , ezi okwu… it doesn’t work like that.

Land no be pure water wey you go keep for sell now and sell it now.

To sell land:
– You go find serious buyer
– You go explain documents tire
– You go negotiate
– You go even pray join sometimes 😅

And sometimes… buyer no go even show.

Before you know it, months don pass.

That’s when people start saying,
“Ah! I thought land is liquid oo” 😂

Liquid ke? Yes but not that fast.

So hear this and hear it well:

👉 Land is for building wealth slowly
👉 Not for emergency “save me now” plans

If you want something for quick cash, keep liquid money.

But if you want long-term peace and wealth… land is solid.
