My name is Imoukhuede Godwin Imosemi, HND 2 Student of Federal Polytechnic Auchi, School of Environmental Studies, Department of Estate Management, A native of Owan East Local Government Area Edo State, Nigeria. To the general public, in case u Want to start developing ur site but u need a technical/good advise and idea or you have started the development of your site and you need a site representative, a site supervisor, a site agent to help you save cost and monitor your building materials, I can do all that for you... As a student of Real Estate Management I have undergone/still undergoing the Basics/Basis of Building construction from the Preliminaries to the completion of the building. My main focus and specialisation, is to take brief from the would-be developer, describe the particular design he/she is talking about in a well sketch out diagram, if it's okay by him/her, construction work can commence but if on the other hand, the sketched diagram can be given to an architect for a detailed design. I can also render a good and quality site keeping/supervision and recording of site day-to-day construction activities for the would-be developer or client...
