I’m honoured to be here with you, the President of council of akim qua town, the entire executives, members and most importantly, THE NTOE'S CABINET. I have just a few more steps to go, and that’s the end of my mandate. That’s why I just wanted to stop here as long as possible to be with you.
I have made, during the last eight years, hundreds and hundreds of speeches and remarks.
But there is not much for me to say.
I have just two words: Thank you.
Thank you to the entire youths of Akim qua town for your hard work, thank you for your commitment, thank you for your possitive concerntration in building our beloved Community (Akim). You have been working day in and day out. And I thank you. That really has motivated me. Knowing that you are very much committed, that has given me motivation to work harder and harder but "LETS DO IT AGAIN"
You should be very proud – just as I am so very proud to call you my Comrades
As Secretary-General of Council of akim qua town youth forum, four principles have guided my work during the last 8 years.
First, to set priorities and stay focused – on advancing sustainable development, on community development, on empowerin youth in my own capacity and many other issues.
Second, to never give up. To keep dreaming … to keep believing …and to keep working hard until we achieve progress.
Third, to keep the focus on akim son's and daughters rights and dignity.
And fourth, to stand up for those who are left behind. To raise your voice for their dignity. During the last eight years, I have been working as voice of the voiceless people, defender of the defenceless people.
It has been a privilege to serve akim through the youth angle and our parent body (Ntoe's cabinet) but "LET'S DO IT AGAIN". And it has been an honour to serve with you and all our partners – including other youth bodies from different Community, community leaders,local government,state government agencies , civil society, and many more.
Now I feel a bit like Cinderella. Tomorrow at midnight, everything changes!
It is a bit awkward. I will have to do my best, So far I have been assisted and supported by hundreds and hundreds of hard working committees, members and the entire EXCUTIVES of council of Akim Qua Town Youth. But let us see how we can "DO IT AGAIN" but Better or possibly our best.
Dear Akim youths
I may not be Secretary-General council of Akim Qua Town Youth no longer, but I will always proudly carry the responsibilities of the youths in another platform.
I will be your honorary Ambassador in all possitive aspect in moving akim youth higher and better .And my heart will always be with you
Our world faces many challenges. But never forget: this is also an era of great opportunity. Let's make the most of it.
I look forward to welcoming you wherever our paths may cross possitively in the struggle for a Better Akim
