*5 Major Recurring Problems Realtors Face in Nigeria Especially in the Niche of Network Marketing
Problems are inevitable . They come and they go.
The Universe sends you a problems and it stays there until you get the spiritual lesson- Tony Robbins.
We often think our problems are contrived and controlled by outside forces , the village People and our Enemies.
In reality we need to make a small shift in our thinking.
1. Look at the big picture- do you recognize any clear patterns that dont serve you is the quickest way to get results. That means taking a deeper look at yourself and why you do the things you do.
2. Change something - if you keep doing the same thing you will keep getting the same results. What change or shift will you need to make today to change the outcome once and for all.
How you choose to view a problem will directly influence how you deal with it or solve the problem. The solution to the problem is within and such problems can help you to grow instead of being defeated by it.
1. No Sales No Alert
This has been a major recurring problem for some realtors who probably have been in business for 2 Months, 3 or 6 or 12 Months.
Not Yet Making their first Sale or First Major Breakthrough.
Solution: You need to be Coachable, You need to be dedicated, You need to be ready to take responsibility for your Success and Failure as a Realtor. You must be ready to pay the price of seeking knowledge and training and also product knowlegde also Mentorship, from Successful Realtors within and even outside your Industry. Mentorship may be free at times from your Upline but Experts outside the Industry will Charge you for that Service.
2. The Location is Too Far 😭😭😭 , I live at X YZ, the Estate is located at ABC.
I live at Edo, Bayelsa, Abuja but the location is at Ajah, Ibeju Lekki .
Well You can work with your team or Upline who is based in that city to help you with taking your prospects there in lagos or Even the Office of the Partner located in that city to help take your clients to the Estate site.
But if you are in the same city ,try and be around to do the needful.
3. I don't have time , I am a Mum, Nursing Mother, I am a Dad, I am a Working Class , I am a Student, I am doing other business , how do I still succeed at the real estate business.
Solution: The solution lies within the individual, what you focus on you get , what you create time for , creates time for you. Likewise what you dont create time for or focus on gradually also stays away from you.
When there is a will there is always a way to achieve the goals. There are People in your shoes who are students from outside lagos, crushing their goals, We have Fathers, mothers , Nursing Mothers who are even The Top Realtors. Try asking one of them how do they create such time ,dedication and commitment to succeed despite their responsibilities and challenges.
4. I don't know How to sell, I don't have digital marketing skills, how do I go about ?
Solution:
The Problem is this you currently have a low income skill, You will need to acquire an high income skill.
High income skills cover the necessary skills that are in demand in the market place people are willing to pay you well because it is highly in demand. The ability to Sell Real Estate Property is an High Income skill. From Prospecting, Following up, Closing Deals. Especially High Ticket Deals is an high Income Skill. Try and Become a Student of the real estate game and constantly be updated on the latest knowlegde ,trainings by your Partner companies, Your Team and Uplines . You will be fine and alright.
5. I did my Vision Board 😭😭😭😭 In January 2019 , I have not seen any Manifestation Yet🙆🏾♂🙆🏽?
Solution: Oga and Madam Realtor. Your Vision Board is not a Juju Board 😱😱🤔
Vision board is just your picture of the desired future you desire on a piece of paper or digitally designed.
The dream is free to have , the Hustle is sold separately. It involves Massive Action. Consistency, Mentorship, Constant learning, Product Knowledge, acquiring skills.
Even The Beggar , person who lives under the bridge or on the streets all have dreams now 🤷🏽♂🤷🏽♀. Every Man or woman has dreams. That is the easy part. The real work is actually manifesting the dream, doing the daily hustle, coming early, staying up late . doing the things successful people do and avoiding the things unsuccessful people are avoiding like a plague.
You must be ready to pay the price, with your time, blood, sweat, tears ,your investment , money and you give it all you got. You don't walk towards your destiny , You run towards it.🏃🏽♀🏃🏽♀🏃🏽♀🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽
