TO MY BELOVED DAUGHTER IN MINISTRY. 😂🔥
The one who came to me battered and shattered, whose story brought tears to my eyes, and whose circumstances made me decide to do everything within my power to help her rise.
When others said you were not qualified, I stood by you. When they said you were not ready, I helped prepare you. God used me to qualify you against all odds. I opened doors, shared knowledge, and helped establish you in ministry. I did not merely pray for your growth; I played an active role in building it.
I remember how we reported accounts together because the owners were your enemies. I took your battles personally, only for some of those you accused of witchcraft to later become my investors, with some investing millions of naira. Imagine inheriting enemies by association, only to discover that some of those same people became valuable allies! Life certainly has a sense of humour. 😂
I came through for you even from my sickbed and supported you through your family challenges. I paid you for your assignments and still supported you at the end of the month. You said you were not doing the work for money, so I would tell you to hold the knowledge instead of thinking of payment. Yet, I intelligently made sure money still found its way into your hands. Apparently, generosity can be remarkably easy to forget when the story is being retold! 😂
Now, let us discuss consultations. I introduced you to the public before you were fully established. Clients who had previously consulted me began approaching you. You collected their payments, brought their cases to me, I conducted the consultations, and you communicated the outcomes in your own voice.
I helped you build your practice without taking a single naira from the consultation money you collected. That is a rather significant detail to omit from a story about the person who supposedly did you wrong, isn’t it? 😂
And today, the mentor has become the villain. What an extraordinary graduation ceremony! The curriculum was spiritual knowledge, the practical was real-life experience, and apparently the final examination is to discuss the teacher. 😂
But my favourite part remains this: you are still answering to the name I gave you — Eke Ogba! 😂😂 Imagine carrying the name into the world while speaking against the person who gave it to you. We are delighted that our contribution has proved so memorable. Some gifts really do have impressive staying power!
My daughter, I helped make you independent, confident, and capable of standing on your own feet. I helped establish you so you could build your own identity without depending on my introduction or endorsement.
Yet, one year later, that comment is still part of the story. Has discussing your former mentor become a ministry of its own? 😂 Surely, there must be a more productive assignment.
In February, I asked you to remove your mouth from anything concerning me. I told you I had done you no wrong. Twenty children cannot live together for twenty years without disagreements. If my assignment in your life was complete, gratitude for the good should not have expired with the relationship.
Do not mistake my silence for forgetfulness. The vulture is a patient bird. It watches, it remembers, and it does not need to announce every movement it makes. One year later, I remember that comment, and I remember the history behind it.
As for stories circulating privately, perhaps it is time we stopped treating the truth as though it were a dangerous visitor. If there are genuine issues to discuss, let the facts be examined openly rather than allowing one-sided accounts to circulate behind closed doors.
It is easy to control a story when only one side is being told. The interesting part begins when the entire history is placed on the table. 😂
My beloved daughter in ministry, I acknowledge the history we share, but I will not accept endless public commentary about me.
So let this be clear: REMOVE YOUR MOUTH FROM MY MATTER.
Build your ministry. Establish your own legacy. Let your work speak loudly enough that you no longer need to keep revisiting your former mentor.
Leave my name alone.
I have said my own. And as for the vulture? Here😂🔥
