You see people talking about their investments..

Or you see our posts...
and suddenly your body is doing you jiggy jiggy jiggy...

“I too must buy my land now now!”

Bikoo be calming down....

Buying land is good ooo very very good...but don't pack all the money in your account because your body is doing you somehow and rush to buy land....

For instance now, you have ₦3M in your account and that is ALL the money you have..

You don't have any other savings. Your business still needs money. You don't have emergency savings. You still have other things you're planning for....

And you now take the whole ₦3M and buy land...

After buying the land, what next?

You will now start looking for who'll loan you money to put back into your business abii???

See ehh na naija we dey so oooo emergency will come!!!

Something you didn't plan for will happen and you will start wondering where you will get money from.

Please don't do that to yourself...

If you are saving towards buying land..have your different savings categories...
