🚨 BEFORE YOU START BUILDING IN ENUGU STATE, READ THIS!
Before you start construction, you need to get your Building Approval from the relevant government authority responsible for town planning and building development in Enugu State.
REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING APPROVAL:
✅ Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)
✅ Building Plan, with the required copies submitted for approval
✅ Tax Clearance
WHAT IF YOU DON’T HAVE A C OF O?
You will need to apply for your Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) through ENGIS.
REQUIREMENTS FOR C OF O APPLICATION:
✅ Survey Plan
✅ Passport Photograph
✅ NIN Slip
✅ 3 Years Tax Clearance
✅ Affidavit of Ownership
✅ Title Document of the Land showing the trace and origin of ownership
