When investing in real estate, you need to get allocated to your property, a contract of sales and titled documents to show as proof of your investment, else all you would have is just a piece of paper and this property can be taken away from you when legal issues arise because you do not have ownership of anything and your piece of paper could be worth next to nothing.
However, If you invest in real estate with the right documents assigned, you have a tangible asset. The value increases over the years and you still have a piece of property to sell should you need to get out of the investment.

Land is an asset that can never depreciate, lost or stolen and when acquired will stay forever. Because of the ever population of the human race, land is one asset that is always sort ot for and its value is always increasing. Value of property increase as we human race expand and seek comfort outside of the already established residential zone in any particular city, town or country. Land investment helps you Leverage Your Equity. As you pay your mortgage balance down and/or renovate the property to increase its value, you can leverage the equity to further your investments. The equity in your property is the difference between your home’s value and the amount you owe on your mortgage. Any difference is your profit.
Affordability
When we hit the streets in our PWAN GROUP uniform to preach real estate to the masses, one puzzling feedback we always get is ”real estate is for the rich” real estate is expensive” etc This is not so surprising because the media has painted real estate as a venture meant for only international multi-millionaires. These money icons buy hectares of land, build on it and sell out to the general public. This misconception stems from the fact that real estate investment is often generalized to building and construction.
