And the best among them is the Family C of O.

2. Residential C of O also know as Individual C of O:-
You get this one if you buy land for whrw govt allocate say make ppu build house and the C of O is only valid for 99yrs....after 99yrs e go expire....the land go become govt own again until u renew am...and if dem reject your renewal request....sope Otilo
3. Agricultural C of O :- if you go buy land for where govt talk say make we dey do farming, na Agricultural C of O dem go give you .....so as you build house try do small farming on top make u take dey safe....and this one is valid for only 28yrs...after 28yrs apply for renew and if them reject your renewal application....Sope Otilo... Landlord don become tenant be tbat o 😂😂😂
4. Industrial C of O :- this na area where govt leave to build industries
5. Govt Allocation:- this one na wen govt use their own hand and korokoro eyes dash you Land
6. Excision:- if you buy Land for village, Na Excision dem go give you.
No go dey find C of O for village oooo.
Try dey do due diligence before you buy Land, make you no go buy Land for where dem allocate to bury ppu oooo
