If you are buying directly from Omo Onile after you have done the number (1 above), if the property is going for 6 million, don't transfer the whole money to an individual, ask for all the family members that own the land, ask for a meeting to meet all the members of the family and let them amorously agree on the account where half of the money will be transfer and half in cash where evidence in video or photos will be tendered.

5 Things To Look Out For Before You Buy Any Landed Property

1. Don't buy in a hurry, ask for the survey plan and take it to the Ministry of Lands of the state where the property is located for charting. This is necessary to confirm that the land or property is free from government acquisition

2. After confirming that the land is free from government acquisition if its inside an estate, ask the realtor or the director for FAQs of the land, where you read about other charges like cornerpiece charges, annual charges, development levies, plot declamations etc. Measurement of the land will also be seen in the FAQs and some other things you need to know about the land.
