I saw a post over the weekend about a plot of land being sold at 140/160m at Ago/Amuwo Odofin axis of Lagos state, and people were shouting.
Funny enough, most times, after buying it at that amount, you would still spend over 50m in sandfilling that place, so in essence if you are buying a plot of land in Ago/Amuwo/Festac axis of Lagos state, just Keep 200m and above, just for a land purchase, and not for development.
However, do you know that there was a time, a plot of land in these axis were sold for between the range of 500k-1m(for Ago), and between 1m-3m( in Amuwo) due to its proximity to Festac town.
Now imagine, if you had bought two plots of land then, and now decides to sell just one now, imagine how much you would be making.
Funny enough, so many didn't buy as at then, not because they have money to make such a purchase, but because of the fear of the unknown, perhaps that that place is a waterlog area, and development would be very difficult in that axis. Some too did not buy simply because of words of discouragement from people. Today, they are regretting it.
Today, lands are selling in places like Epe, at 3 to 5m(depending on the exact location), Ngor-Okpala, Umuokanne all in Owerri, at 2-4m(depending on the exact location), and in Ibusa and Umunede (outskirts of Asaba) at the price of 2.5-5m(depending on the exact location).
These places have unique features and potentialities of buying a plot of land for 50-70m in the next 10 years.
The question now is: why still wait? Why still keep that money in the bank? Why not invest it into real estate? The tomorrow you are thinking of is now, so get into action now!
We are here to actually help you get the best of the lands in any of our estates, should you need one.
