BIJOU TOWER – CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction activities continue to progress steadily at Bijou Tower across both Blocks A and B.

Current works include the installation of slabs and beams up to Levels 12 and 13, ongoing lift core construction, slab casting, column works, and staircase construction across multiple levels.

These milestones reflect consistent progress on site and demonstrate the project’s advancement toward completion, providing increased confidence for both homeowners and investors.

The development continues to take shape within Banana Island, one of Lagos’ most prestigious residential addresses.

The bigger conversation now is how individual states manage spending, debt, infrastructure, and investment confidence in an era where inflation control has become more aggressive.

What many investors are beginning to realize is this:

Monetary policy can slow inflation, but sustainable economic growth also depends on fiscal discipline at the state level.

Over the next few years, smart capital will likely move toward locations where:

• Government policies encourage private investment
• Debt is managed responsibly
• Security and business confidence remain stable
