Real Story. Real Wins

In June, I pitched our land at Malete to a client. She loved it and opted for the 10 months installment plan starting July 2025 and completing by April 2026.

Fast forward to mid-July, she paid her initial ₦200K deposit. She wasn’t just interested, she was intentional.

Then, something big happened…

Before her next payment in August, my company launched a 25% discount promo. I reached out to her immediately, I told her she could benefit from the promo if she completed her payment within the promo period.

Guess what?
She didn’t wait.

She cleared the full balance before the promo ends (Sept 15, 2025).
