Are we getting the leadership, inclusion, development, and representation we deserve?

OMUMA DESERVES DEMOCRACY, NOT A MINISTRY OF COMMANDS

The political situation in Omuma LGA, Rivers State, deserves serious reflection.

Democracy is built on representation, consultation, accountability, inclusion, and respect for the voices of the people. Leadership should not make citizens feel as though they are operating under a system where everyone must simply report to one authority without meaningful participation.

Today, many people in Omuma are asking important questions: Are we truly being carried along? Are our communities receiving the attention they deserve? Is every part of Omuma represented in the affairs of government?

The administration led by Hon. Uchechukwu Obasi, Executive Chairman of Omuma LGA, must be judged by the people through its actions, inclusiveness, development, and accountability—not merely by titles or political promises.

Omuma is not a ministry. The people are not subordinates. Leadership is a responsibility entrusted by the people.

As the next polls approach, Omuma people must be wise, observant, and politically conscious. Do not be carried away by temporary promises, gifts, or political propaganda. Look at the record. Ask questions. Examine the leadership. Know who truly represents your interests.

Your vote is your voice. Your vote is your power. Your future is in your hands.

Let Omuma choose leadership that listens, includes, serves, and accounts for its stewardship.
