REQUIREMENTS
1. Opening of Mortgage Account with N50,000
2. Completion of P.F.M Application for (5,000)
3. Completion of Application form from estate developer (10,000)
4. Payment of FAST TRACK processing Fee (Non Refundable)
5. Payment of 20%-30% Personal stake
6. Credit Bureau search fee N3,100
7. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
8. Satisfactory evidence of regular income (Pay Slip for 3 months) and Bank statement for 6 months, current Tax clearance certificate (For Non civil servants)
9. Evidence of Full Payment of equity.
10. 12 recent passport photographs of Applicant.
