In 2023, a gentleman saw one of my Instagram adverts and contacted me about a newly established estate at Danjirima, just 2KM from BUK New Campus.
Like many investors, he had one concern: "Will this project be completed as promised?"
We visited the site together. Despite the rainy season and difficult road conditions at the time, he looked beyond the present and saw the future. He saw the master plan, the wide road network, the installed electricity poles, and the vision behind the development.
After meeting with the management and getting satisfactory answers, he made a decision that changed everything.
He invested in 463 plots.
Years later, after the estate had appreciated significantly and most of the plots had been sold, he called me again—not to buy more, but to entrust me with selling his investment.
That experience taught me an important lesson:
Don't just be an agent whose only goal is to earn a commission. Become an Investment Advisor.
