2.How soon is the area estimated to be developed if its not?
Answer: it is already developed, just for you to buy and build.

3. How soon can I build if someone wants to buy and build immediately?
Answer : As soon as the payment is complete. We process the payment in 7working days.

4. How far is it from major places in Abuja?
Answer: Its in the heart of Abuja, close to the international airport and very accessible.

5. How is the environment/security?

6. Is there a provision for promo?

7. What's the provision for payment in installments?
