People don’t hate you, they only hate what you carry, I had always thought people don’t like me even when am trying my possible best to be nice to them, but experience as taught me that nobody wants to associate themselves with the POOR.

Even the Poor don’t want to be seen with the Poor, No Wonder the Holy Scripture says: THE WISDOM OF THE POOR IS DESPISE.

Let me share an experience that happend to me recently with you, I was working at a place some years back, I could barely survive on a daily basis as a result of the very low payment and we have to work from morning till night at times to the following day for just 30k Monthly Salary, infact it was terrible!

There is this particular customer that use to make Jest of me for been poor and broke, well to cut the long story short, he suddenly bump into me last week and guess what he did?

He came to meet me, greeted me in such a respectful and magnanimous way that I had to go and look at a mirror if it was still me. I could not never had imagined that he could greet me, respect me or even try to associate himself with me in such a way.

What has changed? My Position, My Thinking, My Dressing, My Finances!!!

Let me tell you something, people don’t care about your story until they see your glory, until you have result you will continue to have insults.

Therefore I implore you to grind as much as you can, work hard more than anyone else in improving every area of your life, especially your finance.

Because even the wife of a poor man cannot openly boast in the midst of her pairs that she is married to a poor man. Dont choose to be Poor, Do anything you can legally to escape Poverty because Poverty is a Curse that Destroys Great Destinies.

Remember, people don’t hate you, they only hate what you carry!

If there is something that I have seen, many times and many times again, it is that Poor People are always trying to impress people who don’t care about them, they buy things they don’t need to impress people that don’t care.

They are suffering from what I call emotional inferiority complex. They buy cars they don’t need to brag to people who don’t care, they buy jewelries they don’t need to impress people who can’t help them, they dress up like the rich but yet their children is at home crying for what to eat.

You can never become successful in life if all you do is trying to impress people that don’t care about your life, children or future.

You need to understand that life is in phases and men are in size. What you need to do is to live your live per size and per phase. Don’t try to impress people that wants to see you fall, not everybody that is smiling at you, cares about you, not everybody that is clapping for you, wants you to succeed. Learn to live wisely without losing your dream.

Remember, life is in phases, men are in sizes, the secret of success is live your live wisely, per phase, per size, per time without losing your dream.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

How will someone work for 36 years and will be given peanut at the end of the day. even the little pension that there were supposed to collect, there are yet to receive. many pensioners have died before their time as a result of having no money to take care of their life.

Tell me what SCAM is bigger than this? for you to work HARD for 36 years of your LIFE and still end up a Beggar. oh!!! what a pity!!!

I cant even imagine the pain this pensioners are going through on a daily basis, the mental torture of knowing you have worked hard for 36 years and having almost nothing to show for your effort. what a shame!!! one thing i have come to realize is that Nigeria is not built for the masses and if you decide to be among the masses, your life will almost end up a mess.

but the real question is WHO IS TO BE BLAME? the Leaders? The Government? or the PENSIONERS, who have sacrificed the most productive years of their life trying to fix an amalgamated Jungle called NIGERIA.

the truth is that we can all blame the government and the leaders for the situation of the pensioners and the general state of this country at large, but the greatest form of leadership is SELF LEADERSHIP!!! why place your destiny and that of your children in the hands of people who don't care about your life or future, especially when you can place your Destiny in your own hands through wisdom and wise investments.

My advise to everyone currently working in a corporate or public institution is: Plan your Life, Plan your Future, Invest in your Future and never put your destiny in the hands of any man.

and one of the best ways which you can use to place your destiny in your hands is by investing in real estate.
