YOUR DREAM HOME/PROPERTY START WITH A DECISION
Here is my conversation with one of my Prospect Shortly
Him: I hope one day my dream comes to reality.
Me: What's your dream like?
Him: I dream of buying a property in my name one day.
Me: That's a really good dream, and honestly, it's something worth working toward. What are you putting in place right now to make it a reality?
Him: I'm trying to save money, but it's not always easy.
Me: I understand. Saving can be challenging, especially when you don't have a clear plan. But I believe the important thing is to start somewhere and stay consistent.
Him: That's true. I just don't know if I'm financially ready yet.
Me: That's exactly why planning is important. You don't necessarily have to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes, understanding your options first helps you see what's actually possible.
Him: I guess I should look into it more seriously.
Me: Definitely. Think about it this way: you're already dreaming about owning a property, so why not start putting a realistic plan behind that dream? The earlier you understand what you need and what steps to take, the closer you can get to making it happen.
Him: That's a good point.
Me: And you don't have to rush into anything. Take your time, ask questions, understand the numbers, and make a decision you're comfortable with. The goal is to turn your dream from something you simply hope for into something you're actively working toward.
Him: I like that. I think I should start planning properly.
Me: Exactly. Every major achievement starts with a decision to take that first step. Let's start by looking at what you're aiming for and what would realistically be required to get there.
