Real Estate Investment is a win-win because we all need a roof over our head. The residential, commercial and industrial use makes it very much significant. The importance as a blessing in form of generational transfer and also as a retirement security for those about to get over with their work-life, makes real estate investment so important.
In Oyo state, we have 2 projects ongoing. One in Moniya, Ibadan and the other in Osengere.
