opportunity comes but we ignorantly miss out
you heard about ikoyi but u said its too expensive
you were told about lekki u say na soso water till it became fully occupied
Now Epe is here what will be your excuse
Epe is one of the most beautiful and serene environments in the whole of Lagos with a good road network and drainage system
Epe is fast becoming a premium town in our eyes. The massive boom in property appreciation will shock everyone a few years from now. With all the investment in Epe, I won't be surprised if a plot of land in Epe in 2030 will be worth 50 million Naira.
Don't sneeze on this.
