2. Statement of Account : This is if you are Paying Installmentally.

3. Contract Of Sale: This shows you now have a contract with the owner of the property concerning your interest in the property.

4.Deed of Assignment: This shows your property has been transferred to you, from the owner to you as a buyer. It indicates your name that says you are now a full owner of the property.

5.Survey Plan: This shows the exact boundary where your and or property is situated in.
