The Difference Between Income and Wealth
Many people think wealth is having a lot of money.
It isn't.
Income is what flows in.
Wealth is what stays and continues working for you
Person A earns ₦5 million a year and spends ₦4.8 million
Person B earns ₦3 million a year, spends ₦2 million and invests N1 million in income-generating assets
Who is wealthier?
Most people will think Person A.
The answer is often Person B.
Why?
Because wealth is not measured by how much you earn but by how much you keep and invest
Financial freedom is when your assets can support your lifestyle without your active effort.
