Real Estate Sales Executives

Locations: Lagos,Ibadan, Kwara, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt

Renumeration: Salary/Commission (Based on individual's choice)

Responsibilities:
▪️Generating revenue for the organization, through land sales and Real Estate business.

▪️Source and meet with prospects and clients interested in landed properties to offer them good deals.

▪️Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of land and real estate business

▪️Coordinate the closing of land sales deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.

▪️Oversee arrangements for site inspection with prospect before closing deals.

▪️Monitor the real estate market to identify individuals with interest in land purchase and real estate business to convince them to buy.

▪️Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.

▪️Participate in events, seminars, conferences, and trainings to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.

Requirements:
▪️Minimum qualification, ( OND, HND, B.Sc etc.)
▪️Experience in sales will be an added advantage; extensive training will be provided.
▪️Must have a drive and passion for sales
▪️Excellent communication skill (both written & verbal)
▪️Target oriented (Driven)
▪️Must be tech savy
▪️Not more than 37years
▪️Basic digital marketing skills, desired
▪️Personable and people oriented
