This proposal aims to provide quality and affordable housing solutions for our esteemed members and their families.
Project Overview
Our initiative seeks to address the urgent housing need among members of the Nigeria Armed Forces by offering modern variants of two-bedroom residential units at a competitive price. We are proposing the construction of two types of houses in a serene and secure environment in the Mowe Ofada axis of Ogun State.
Housing Options

1. 2Bedroom Detached House
-Cost: ₦16.9 million
-Specifications: Spacious living area, modern kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two toilets one visitor’s toilet

2. 2-Bedroom Semi Detached House.
- Cost: ₦15.5 million
- Specifications: Cozy living area, a functional kitchen, two bedrooms and two toilets
3. 3-bedroom detached House
- Cost: 19 million Naira
- Specification: Spacious living area, three bedrooms and three toilets, functional Kitchen, and a visitors' Toilet.

Financial Structure
To facilitate this exceptional housing opportunity, we require a 30% equity contribution.

A- For the **Detached House:
30% of ₦16.9 million = ₦5.07 million

B- For the **Semi Detached House.
30% of ₦15.5 million = ₦4.65 million

C- For the **3-Bedroom Detached House
30% of ₦19 million = ₦5.7 million

This equity can be financed through individual savings or loans from the cooperative society, NHF, personal savings or Penson fund.

The housing estate will be strategically located on the Mowe Ofada axis, offering easy access to major roads and urban centers. Our estates are designed to provide a comfortable living environment with the following amenities:

The Renewed Hope Housing PPP Summit.

The event is organised by the Southwest Housing Exhibition and Nish Affordable Housing in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Developments.

This Scheme is a flagship program of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration, aiming to construct 100,000 housing units nationwide. The scheme's inaugural event has successfully concluded, with Assured Anchor Investments Limited reaffirming its commitment to delivering affordable housing units ¹.

The program promotes public-private partnerships, cross-subsidy components, and various ownership options to enhance affordability. The Development Bank of Nigeria will provide funding for the development, while mortgages will be made available to offtakers.
