Here is the unfiltered reality of the modern job market:
Every day, job seekers fall victim to advance-fee fraud, identity theft, and even human trafficking — all disguised as legitimate opportunities on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and X.
Meanwhile, employers are sitting across from deepfake candidates and farmed identities, lacking a reliable way to verify that the person on their screen is who they claim to be.
We don't have a talent shortage. We have a credibility shortage.
That is why I am building JobTruth.ai: the world’s first AI-driven Job Credibility Engine. Think of it as a decentralized trust layer underpinning the entire hiring ecosystem.
Here is how we are going to fix it:
For Job Seekers: A real-time risk score for any online job listing, protecting you before you apply or hand over personal data.
For Employers: A biometric Verified Human Passport to ensure the candidate you interview is the exact person you hire.
For Job Boards: A plug-and-play API to automatically detect and purge fraudulent listings before they ever go live.
This is the vision for 2026. The journey will be messy, but I’ll be documenting every single step. 🔨
My question to you: Have you or someone you know ever been targeted by a fake job listing — and what did it cost you? Let me know in the comments.
