Many a time in real estate transactions, the client wants the best price possible and the developer on the other hand wants the best price for his Project.
The realtor is caught in the middle and has to negotiate so each party comes out feeling confident they got the best out of the deal.

Anyone ever experienced this too ??

My clients know that the last thing I would do is mount pressure and use fear of price increase to convince them on a property purchase especially when the objection or concern isn’t price related.
However, for clients who have seen homes they love or gotten really great offers but chose to stall just to see: “maybe prices will come down”, I’ll always say it’s a risky move.
Now add that to our current reality globally and as a country and the risk of missing out on a good price just went higher.

In summary, what I’m saying is that if you’re waiting for price to come down, it’s definitely not. Or like we’ve been hearing for the longest that the Nigerian Real Estate market would crash especially Lagos, well, let’s wait and see.
