Bound to a tree, she spits and seethes,
Her eyes ablaze with fury's heat,
The ropes that bind her tight and firm,
Cannot restrain her spirit's worth.
With every breath, she draws in flame,
Her fiery furnace burns the same,
As all the pain and hurt inside,
Become the fuel for her to thrive.
The tree she's tied to stands so tall,
A symbol of the world's dark pall,
But in her heart, she knows her might,
Can shatter any shackle tight.
Her struggles not in vain, she knows,
For every pull and tug that shows,
The strength and will within her core,
That make her worthy to adore.
The ropes that bind her soon give way,
The tree no longer holds her sway,
She breaks the chains that held her tight,
And spreads her wings to take her flight.
Her fiery furnace now a light,
That guides her path both day and night,
A beacon for those lost in fear,
To show them that they too can steer.
The lady and the tree no more,
Now free to roam and to explore,
The world that once had held her back,
Is now a canvas for her to tack.
And as she spreads her wings to fly,
The fiery furnace in her eye,
Becomes a spark for all to see,
The power of the human spirit's glee.
For in her struggle to break free,
She found the strength to truly be,
The person that she longed to find,
And left her shackles far behind.
So let us all take heart and heed,
The lady's message, in word and deed,
That every struggle that we face,
Can be the start of our embrace.
For in the midst of pain and strife,
We find the strength to truly thrive,
And when the ropes that bind us fall,
We'll rise and stand, forever tall.
