A lady shared her observation that bread stayed for 2months and didn't spoil,she didn't mention the name of the company

She only advised people" to make their bread at home,some are not healthy" bread company sued her, if this is true,here is what the Law says:

If you didn't point out or identify any company,directly or indirectly

No reasonable person can point to a specific brand
Then it's not defamation, for defamation to stand it must refer to a particular person or company

Others must be able to recognize who is being talked about
So if the company is assuming it's about them,that alone doesn't automatically give them a strong case.

But doing that every now and then, is not right and can amount to legal implication,it's marriage without consent,marriage decision for the autistic is very sensitive and usually require court oversight.

That action is wrong, and has Legal implications once a person buys a property they are entitled to quite enjoyment and access.

Blocking the entrance can amount to trespass, encroachment and interference with right of way.

The buyer can sue and claim damages

Hygiene is poor, people are packed into tiny spaces,comfort is nonexistent,and dignity is the first thing you lose.

What look like a "small issue" can land you in a place that will change you forever.

That slap in anger,can open a door you might regret for the rest of your life,control your temper,walk away when provoked,think before you act.

The court can remand people,even when the offence is bailable

Let's break it down
The court has the power to remand an accused persons for valid reasons such as:
-To prevent the person from tempering with evidence

-To ensure the person doesn't interfere with witnesses

-To guarantee their appearance in court

So in Blord's case he is a tech guru,he is remanded so he won't temper with the evidence.

It's not punishment but a protective Legal measure to ensure justice is properly served

Using lies about sickness e.g. cancer is fraud, obtaining by false pretence and punishment can include several years imprisonment.
