One thing I have always believed in is diversification.

At Leaena Homes, we don’t believe in putting all your money in one place. That’s why you’ll notice that many of our clients invest in different areas — Buy-to-Flip, coconut farms, palm oil farms, commercial properties and other real estate opportunities.

The idea is to have your money working in different places, while also understanding what you’re putting your money into and the risks involved.

For some of our premium clients, we started introducing them to shares and the capital market long before the Dangote Refinery IPO came up.

So when the IPO came up and my phone started ringing with questions like, “Jessica, should we buy?” “Should we not buy?” “What do you think?” — I knew we needed to have this conversation.
