Quick question.
Do you know the difference between a Deed of Assignment and a Deed of Conveyance?

A Deed of Assignment transfers interest in a property from one party to another, usually when there is an existing right being passed down. A Deed of Conveyance is broader, covering the transfer of ownership itself.
Sounds technical, I know. But this is exactly the kind of detail that determines whether your ownership will be airtight or shaky if it is ever challenged.
