1. Our business started as a virtual assistant office in 2021 with services covering *Financial and Management and Consulting and Business Advisory*.

2. In 2022, we opened a physical office, with head office strategically located *Behind DC basic school Orita-naira Ogbomoso*(beside Old Tundex ventures).

3. We re-structured our business operations and our mandate to be in line with the *UNITED NATION SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS* (Goal 9&11 to be precise).

4. We embark on a mission tagged *"... towards a sustainable future"*

5. We redefined real estate agency, to *Real Estate Banking*; we introduced a flexible payment plan. A credit facility to ensure everyone become a Landlord irrespective of their *level of income*.

6. *Year 2023* we shall keep you updated with our customers oriented plans.
