Flat roof is cost efficient but needs a professional to handle it, you must get the slopping right and make sure that water flows very well.

You must use a very high gauge of roofing sheet like 0.5 and double lapping too which is very important. The roofing sheets must start from the beginning and to the end with no lapping, don't use Cameroon zinc.
