these are 3 construction mistakes engineers make that should be avoided.
1. Poor communication- working with a large team demands effective communication and without an easy way of information dissemination, there would certainly be issues.
2. Not being conscious of the wind direction- rare but...pressure of the wind increases as high as the building, so if it's not built to control the wind, it may be at the verge of collapse.
3. Safety- Most times we assume that it's all good and fail to wear personal protective equipments. These equipments reduces exposure to hazardous materials.
Recap: build a proper communication system, when building tall structures- take note of the wind, ensure you wear safety materials.
