There was a time when Peter Odili Road was nothing close to what it is today. It was a quiet stretch with little activity, and many people never imagined it could become a choice destination.
The first wave of change came between 1999 and 2007 when new roads, bridges, and connections opened up access to Woji, Elelenwo, and Trans-Amadi. Suddenly movement became easier and the area started attracting attention.
The second wave came between 2007 and 2015 when the road was expanded into a dual carriageway. That single development transformed the entire axis. Residential estates started springing up.
Commercial buildings followed.
Before long, the corridor became home to banks, supermarkets, and high-value projects.
Now, here is the interesting part.
In 2003, you could buy a plot of land along that axis for around N500,000 or little above that. By 2020, the same plot was selling at about N30 million and above. And as at now a plot of land is over 70 million. Imagine the kind of wealth anyone who took that early step is enjoying today.
The lesson is simple. Real estate does not wait for the majority to believe. It rewards those who see potential before others do. What looks like an ordinary or quiet location today may be tomorrow's prime address.
We are offering you the opportunity to own a plot of land in a fast developing area for just 2.5M prelaunch price.
