Every December, everybody wants to flex. New clothes, concerts, drinks, travelling… and before you know it, the money finishes and January starts with stress.
But truth be told, that same money you use to “catch cruise” can start something meaningful like buying a small plot of land.
Here’s the simple reality:
1. Flexing is sweet, but it doesn’t last.
Two days of enjoyment, and it’s gone. Nothing to show for it.
2. You don’t need big money to buy land.
Rural areas or developing places are still affordable. Even if it’s far, it is still YOURS.
3. December is actually a good time to buy.
People want quick cash for the holidays, so you can negotiate better.
4. Just owning land already puts you ahead.
You don’t have to build immediately. Start small. The important part is securing it.
5. Enjoyment ends, but land stays with you forever.
By next December, people may not even remember the outings…
But you’ll still have your property.
