INSTRUCTIONS ARE THE HIGHWAYS TO DISTINCTION.

You can't be wise if you do not hear from God. What is wisdom? Jesus said is, "whosoever heareth these sayings of mine and doeth them..."
In December 1993, I had finished putting my itinerary for 1994 together. I had planned to be out of the country frequently. But the Lord said to me, "You shall go nowhere! I will have you sit down here." I did as He commanded and 1994 marked another beginning in our ministry. Just by adhering to an heavenly instruction, our church increased by seven thousand people!

Friend, instructions are the highways to distinction. We have succeeded in growing and developing church ministry cheaply, simply by riding on the wingsof instructions. When God is involved in something, it can't be stopped.

In March 1984, in Kaduna, I went before the Lord to inquire from Him, "Lord, why is this church crawling? What would You have me do to set it in motion?" He said to me, "Keep sowing the seed, and as the grass grows, the sheep will come for it." Then I remembered the Scripture, "He maketh me to lie down ingreen pastures" (Psalms. 23:2.) God said, "Just keep the grass green. They will not only come, they will lie down there." Very simple!

The preaching of the Word is the main source of growth in our church. The Word rakes in about ninety-nine per cent of worshippers to the church.

In the bid to add to the church in the early days of the church in Kaduna, we had a massive crusade at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium. At the end, it didn't add anything to the church. Why? It wasn't His instruction for executing the vision He gave us; it was our own effort. There are, however, other ministries who willonly grow by such outreaches. Hear this: instructions are the only way out of destruction.

So settle down and locate them, so that you don't keep on suffering."Lord, what would You have me do?" is the way out. Honour and dignity in life and ministry, is a result of clarity of vision, which I call "vision with precision." Precision by reason of instructions.

Morning Glory Devotional (11/08/2026)
Theme: The Faithful are righteous
Text: Psalm 101:6-8
Memory Verse: Psalms 101:6 Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.

Message: The faithful are the righteous and Holy, the true and dependable. They faithful in life, doctrine and service to God. Their faithfulness can be seen by the Almighty God. The Lord himself watches over the faithful believers, cares and protects them. Psalms 125:2 "As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever."

God delight in the faithful believers. Their prayers are not abomination before him, but he delight and have joy in their prayers. Their voice is precious. And their voice is precious and they stand has holy people before him.
Finally, the Lord will reveal himself to the faithful believers on earth. Colossians 1:27 "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"

Prayer Point: Father, detach every seed of unfaithfulness and inpatient in my Christian faith in Jesus name.

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY.

I am in charge, and I have the upper hand in life. As I respond to and use the Word in simple matters of life, I win. God's Word is my basis and foundation for a great life. I am solidly built on the rock; I am immovable. I withstand and surmount the harsh pressures of life; I am impregnable to the crises of life. My mind is stationed on the Word, and I've received insight and understanding of the principles for a successful life. I earnestly desire the Word, and by it, I grow into the fullness of my salvation. I am forever victorious because the Holy Spirit has given me an advantage in all things. I walk in abundance and my supplies are absolutely supernatural. There's nothing ordinary about my life, business, family and finance. I operate in a broke-free zone as a child of God. I don't know lack, neither do I struggle in life. Glory to God.

CHURCH IS NOT ABOUT HOW MANY CHAIRS ARE FILLED,
BUT HOW MANY LIVES ARE TRANSFORMED. 🙏🔥

It’s not about the size of the crowd,
the number of people in the seats,
or how impressive the gathering looks.

It’s about changed hearts.
Restored lives.
Souls coming back to God.
People growing in faith.

Because at the end of the day,
God is not counting the chairs—He is changing lives.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:17

A full church is beautiful.
But a transformed life is the real testimony. ❤️‍🔥

Crowds may impress people.
Transformed lives glorify God. ☝️💯

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY.

I affirm that the Holy Spirit is at work in me, and He guides me in excellence. The wisdom of God wisdom in me is the force that causes me to flourish, excel, and be victorious in all things. Through fellowship with the Spirit, I’ve become sensitive to His voice and yielding to His promptings within me. His blessed works, plans, and purposes are accomplished in, and through me. I am in Christ; He is my ability and competence. Through Him, all things are possible to me. I can do all things because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I know who I am, what I have, and all that I can do in Christ. My potential is limitless; I am innovative, excellent, and sound! God's Word is my foundation; therefore, I have a great life. I have a struggle-free and stress-free life. My life is full of bliss! I have a great day, every day, irrespective of what the situation may be. Hallelujah!

THE EFFECTS OF BEING A SERIOUS WORKER IN THE HOUSE OF GOD

Introduction
A serious worker is someone who does not serve God casually. They are committed, dependable, disciplined, teachable, prayerful, and willing to sacrifice for the work of God.
Being serious with God's work may not always make you popular, but it produces results. Sometimes people may misunderstand your commitment, but God sees your labour.

1. Serious Workers Gain God's Trust

When God sees that you are faithful in small responsibilities, He can entrust greater things to you.
Luke 16:10 — "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much."
Faithfulness is one of the foundations of spiritual promotion.

2. Serious Workers Become Useful to God

God looks for people He can depend on.
2 Timothy 2:21 says that those who keep themselves pure become vessels "unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use."
Your seriousness makes you available for God's purpose.

3. Serious Workers Develop Spiritual Strength

Serving God consistently teaches discipline, prayer, patience, humility, and endurance.
Galatians 6:9: "And let us not be weary in well doing..."
The worker who keeps serving even when things are difficult develops spiritual stamina.

4. Serious Workers Earn the Confidence of Leaders

A pastor or church leader can confidently assign responsibility to someone who is consistent.

A serious worker does not need to be chased before doing what they have been assigned to do.
Proverbs 22:29 teaches that a diligent person will stand before kings.

5. Serious Workers Become Examples to Others

Your commitment can inspire other people.
When others see you arriving early, praying, serving, supporting the church, and remaining faithful, you become an example.
1 Timothy 4:12 — "Be thou an example of the believers..."

6. Serious Workers Attract Opposition

Not everybody will understand your commitment.
Some may call you too serious. Others may criticize you because they cannot understand your sacrifice.
Nehemiah 4:1-3 shows that when Nehemiah became serious about rebuilding Jerusalem's Wall.
