Most contractors in Nigeria skip soil testing. Not because they don't know it matters because it costs time and money they'd rather not spend.
The problem is what that shortcut defers: cracked walls, sinking floors, foundations that shift silently for years before anyone notices. By then, fixing it costs far more than the test ever would have.
TPV tests the soil before we do anything else. It's how we know what a foundation actually needs not what we assume it needs.
