A few weeks ago, I had the honour of being a panelist at Reflect & Refuel, an inspiring session organised by Access Empire | Real Estate,Fin-Tech and Hospitality in Nigeria
Beyond being on the panel, sharing insights and engaging in meaningful conversations, here are a few reminders I would want you to have:
1. You cannot improve what you refuse to review.
🏷️ Reflection is an important part of growth. You have to pause, assess, and be honest about what is working and what needs to change.
2. Investors will buy you before they buy what you’re selling.
🏷️ Your credibility, confidence, and ability to communicate value matter just as much as the product or opportunity you present.
3. Refuel is about intentionally renewing your motivation.
🏷️ Sometimes, you don’t need to start over. You simply need to refuel.
4. Understand your WHY, then gain clarity on your HOW.
🏷️ When your purpose is clear, the strategy becomes easier to build.
When you decide to refuel, don’t just refuel your motivation. Refuel your knowledge bank, your confidence, and your strategy.
One of the highlights of the event was the unveiling of the Access Empire Academy, where I’m excited to serve as one of the Sales Facilitators.
Grateful for conversations that challenge me, rooms that stretch me, and opportunities to share what I know while continuing to learn.
As we approach the final stretch of the year, this is my reminder to you:
Don’t give up. Don’t sulk over what didn’t work. Reflect. Refuel. Re-strategise. Keep building.
There is still time to make the necessary adjustments, gain clarity, and finish strong. ❤️💡
If you were at the session I would love to hear what you also learned in the comment section 🤗
See you at the top. 🔝
💪❤️
