I got married 2020 ,I was working contract job and well paid,
My husband showed me a land saying he bought it,
We built on it ,I supported fully because then his salary was fifty thousand 50k mine was about 300k then he told me he will rent a self contain so I can recover some of the money I spent
years past by I started hearing that I don't have right in the house, I kept calm, at a point he changed behavior, return late at night, refused bringing money for food, when I complained to the parents about it they will say his a man,
finally I found out that there's another woman.
I saw his chart complained he called me and told me that marriage has ended.
I said no problem. he said the money I invested on our building he will pay me back I should pack my things n leave I said no. if he wants me to leave he should pay me everything in bulk and I won't wait a second to leave he refused and said he has gone far
We contracted a statutory marriage. he went to a multi door court filed a summon. in the summons he said he will return the money he is owing me, adding in his statement that I assisted him in building his house,
When I replied that the house b sold, he wrote another claim that the house belongs to the father. presenting a document bearing his father's name with a different site name not the one we built our house.
the rightful owner of the land said he didn't sell his property to them and now the father goes behind to ask for the document of the land. WHAT IS YOU OPINION
