From the two conditions earlier mentioned, this should give you an idea of how much you should be willing to invest in your building project.
Ensure you know the overall cost before embarking on a project, this will save you the embarrassment of an abandoned project.
Lastly, When building a house, be weary of cheap offers rather seek for quality that’s affordable.
Don’t go looking for an architect that will build you a 5 bedroom duplex with 8 million naira.
