Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Alhamdulillāhi Rabbil-‘Ālamīn
As we celebrate the end of Ramadan 1447 AH, and witness this blessed Jumu’ah, the 1st in the month of Shawwāl, let us remind ourselves to remain steadfast in our worship and character.
Throughout Ramadan, we aligned ourselves with the commands of Allah and the teachings of His Prophet ﷺ. Let us not confine that devotion to Ramadan alone. True steadfastness is to carry forward the lessons learned—patience, self-discipline, compassion, and sincerity into our daily lives and in our dealings with others, regardless of their beliefs.
Steadfastness after Ramadan means transitioning from being a “Ramadani” (one who worships only during Ramadan) to a “Rabbani” (one who worships Allah consistently throughout the year). It means maintaining our prayers, increasing our recitation of the Qur’an, and allowing these acts to refine our character and strengthen our relationship with Allah.
May Allah grant us the strength to sustain the momentum of Ramadan throughout our lives, accept our deeds, reward us abundantly, and grant us peace and comfort in this world and the Hereafter. Ameen.
Eid Mubarak & Jumu’ah Mufeedah!
