OFFICIAL INVITATION TO OUR GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
To All Real Estate Agents in Akwa Ibom State.
In recent times, several states across the federation have taken decisive steps to abolish the activities of property agents due to rising cases of malpractice and public complaints. Unfortunately, similar concerns have begun to emerge here in Akwa Ibom State.

There have been numerous reports of unethical practices among some agents, including:
Inflation of rent prices, repeated collection of inspection fees, and advertising of properties already rented or non-existent.

If these unprofessional acts persist, Akwa Ibom State may soon face similar regulatory actions - situation that could jeopardize the livelihood and reputation of genuine practitioners.

In view of the above, all agents are hereby invited to the October General Assembly, themed: “Reclaiming the Dignity of Real Estate Practice: A New Day for Akwa Ibom Agents.”
Date: Friday, 31st October, 2025
Venue: Google Meet
Time: 8.00PM prompt.

This assembly aims to address pressing ethical concerns, strengthen compliance with professional standards, and collectively restore public trust in real estate practice within the state.
