I started the RealEstate game in the 90s back when “land inspection” meant trekking inside bush with nothing but hope, a biro, and pure stubbornness.
No drones.
No Google Maps.
Just me, one shaky tape measure, and the confidence of a young man who didn’t even know what confidence was. 😂
While some of you were eating cabin biscuit and watching Super Story, I was out here calculating land boundaries like my life depended on it.
And yes, my shirt was probably always dirty not because I was struggling, but because greatness was still in powdered form. 😌💁🏾‍♂️
Looking back at these moments, I just laugh.
I didn’t have capital… but I had energy.
I didn’t have connections… but I had legs that could walk to ANY site.
I didn’t have AC office… but I had small sense. And small sense is still sense. 💀
From the 90s to now, the journey has been crazy, beautiful, funny, and full of stories that deserve their own documentary.
But one thing remains true:
I’ve been in this real estate game long before many people realized land doesn’t expire only opportunities do. 😉
