The internationalisation of real estate is no longer optional.

Capital, knowledge, innovation and opportunities increasingly move across borders, creating new partnerships and investment strategies throughout Europe and beyond.

Over the past year, Sociëteit Vastgoed International has significantly strengthened its international position through successful collaborations with leading organisations and market platforms.

Together with our partners, we were proud to contribute to a highly successful MIPIM, where Dutch and international real estate professionals connected through a series of strategic meetings, investor introductions and thought leadership discussions.

This momentum continued at PROVADA 2026, where Sociëteit Vastgoed International, together with Real Asset Media and Milieu Service Nederland, co-hosted the first-ever International Investment Day.

The initiative brought together international investors, developers, financiers, advisors and public-sector leaders to explore opportunities in housing, healthcare real estate, infrastructure and emerging investment sectors.

The success of this programme confirmed what we increasingly experience across Europe: meaningful connections between local opportunities and international capital create long-term value for both markets and investors.

Looking ahead, our focus now shifts towards EXPO REAL Munich.

Together with Real Asset Media, we invite our members, partners and international relations to participate in one of Europe's most influential real estate gatherings.

Als founder zie ik dagelijks hoezeer de markt behoefte heeft aan richting, nuance en echte verbinding. Juist nu. Vastgoed is allang geen wereld meer van alleen stenen en spreadsheets; het is een wereld van keuzes, vertrouwen, timing en leiderschap. Daarom blijf ik mij, samen met Sociëteit Vastgoed International, inzetten om beslissers niet alleen samen te brengen, maar ook inhoudelijk verder te helpen — met kennis die klopt, duiding die ertoe doet en een netwerk dat beweging creëert.
