Woohoo, another successful sale in West Harbour! 🎉

This was the very first home this purchaser viewed in their property search. They happened to drive past the property during my open home, spotted my “OPEN NOW” sign and decided to walk right in. At the time they had only just begun thinking about purchasing a home. When I met them at 94 Picasso Drive’s open home, they asked if I could help them with their property search.

From there, I began helping them look at homes all around West Harbour and the North Shore. Somehow though, we always seemed to come back to this beautiful home on Picasso Drive. It’s a truly unique property with two living areas, each with its own incredible water view; one looking out over the Waitematā Harbour and the other across the water toward the city. No wonder we couldn’t find anything that could top it!

In the end, the purchaser fell back in love with the very first home they saw. Had I never put out that “OPEN NOW” sign, these buyers may never have fallen in love with this home.

I’m so glad to be handing the keys over to such a lovely family who will cherish the home just as the current owners have for over 20 years.

Every house I sell in West Harbour seems to come with an interesting story, whether it’s the homeowners’ story or the story of how we sold it. It’s lovely to add another one to the books ☺️

3 & 4) We had an All Black party at Ray White CR Group celebrating Ray White partnering with the All Blacks🖤🎉

5) I tried Moustache cookie cups for the first time! They were incredible 😋🍪

6) Made dumplings for Lunar New Year and celebrated with the family🥟🧧

7) Attended the Ray White Kickstart Conference! Listened to some incredible top performers and heard the exceptional Matt Steinwede speak 🙌
